How to Use

Pump doesn’t work

I can’t say anything about conditioner because I can’t use it. Pump in the bottle doesn’t work. My sister lives in NY and she ordered the same conditioner. The pump doesn’t work either.

Hi, is the pump still locked by chance? There's a locking mechanism to ensure the seal of the product. Here's a video tutorial you can reference. Please let us know if this solves the problem!

I have had excellent results from using the Nourishing Conditioner along with the Nourishing Shampoo.It leaves my hair feeling clean, yet with body. It is neither flyaway, nor plastered to the head which some repair conditioners seem to do. I have pale pale brown hair with lots of grey coming in and it improves it all. I bought sample sizes for friends to try.
